Invoicing and Payment
You will be invoiced for purchases Monday, November 8, 2021. You will be able to confirm your purchases, payment method, and how you would prefer to receive your item(s), Museum pick-up or shipped. Wine will not be available to ship.
Credit cards on file will be charged Friday, November 12, 2021, unless other payment arrangements have been made after you've received your invoice.
Museum Pick-Up
Following the event, Museum staff will coordinate and schedule with you pick-up of your item(s) at the Museum.
Shipping
Shipping is an additional cost and will be determined by the weight and size of the item(s) purchased. Prior to shipping, you will be notified of the cost, and it will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made. Wine will not be available to ship.
Holding Items
Items that are paid for can be held by the Museum until January 31, 2022. After January 31, 2022, items at the Museum not shipped or picked up by the bidder will be considered a donation to the Museum, will not be refunded, and the Museum may decide to use the item(s) for other programs and events.
