Online Bidding with Greater Giving

What You Can Expect

This year’s auction will use Greater Giving Online Bidding – allowing for a paperless bidding system. You will bid using your smartphone or tablet on silent auction items. Also, you can easily track Packages by “following” their activity without having to continuously return to a table or bid sheet.

Invoicing and Payment

You will be invoiced for purchases on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. You will be able to confirm your purchases, payment method, and how you would prefer to receive your item(s), Museum pick-up or shipped if you did not receive your purchases in-person on Saturday.

Credit cards on file will be charged on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, unless other payment arrangements have been made after you've received your invoice.

Shipping

Shipping is an additional cost and will be determined by the weight and size of the item(s) purchased. Prior to shipping, you will be notified of the cost, and it will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made. Wine will not be available to ship.

Holding Items

Items that are paid for can be held by the Museum until July 31, 2023. After July 31, 2023, items at the Museum not shipped or picked up by the bidder will be considered a donation to the Museum, will not be refunded, and the Museum may decide to use the item(s) for other programs and events.
